AKTIVA, a leading provider of comprehensive technology solutions in the region, announced the opening of its first Experience Center in San Salvador. This interactive space marks a milestone in its regional expansion strategy and reaffirms its commitment to innovation, local talent, and the country’s technological development.
The new space, located in the Colonia Escalón neighborhood, is designed for developers, architects, designers, companies, and clients to experience firsthand comprehensive technology solutions in electronic security, data infrastructure, energy efficiency, automation, and audiovisual systems.

Regional vision with local impact
Founded in Guatemala in 2006, AKTIVA has 19 years of experience, a regional presence, more than 100 employees in the region (14 in El Salvador), and a portfolio of solutions distributed across five main divisions:
• Audiovisual: technologies for corporate, commercial, and institutional environments (auditoriums, classrooms, gyms, bars, churches, meeting rooms, etc.)
• Energy efficiency: intelligent control of natural and artificial lighting and climate control.
• Data infrastructure: copper and fiber optic networks and links, active equipment, and Wi-Fi.
• Electronic security: CCTV, pedestrian and vehicular access control, fire detection, and intrusion detection.
• Home automation: high-end residential automation, residential automation for developers, and home theater systems. Since arriving in El Salvador in 2023, the company has already experienced rapid growth: between 2023 and 2024, sales increased by 35%. By the end of 2025, AKTIVA projects an additional 50% increase and estimates further 35% growth in 2026.
