Claro El Salvador once again positions itself as a leader in connectivity, having been recognized by Ookla, the global expert in network measurement, as “El Salvador’s Fastest Mobile Network” during the first and second quarters of 2025.
For the fifth consecutive year, Claro El Salvador has received this prestigious recognition from Ookla, after analyzing 91,489 tests conducted by real users through the Speedtest application. The results show that Claro significantly outperforms other operators in the country in upload and download speeds, consolidating its leadership in the telecommunications market.
“The presentation of this award to Claro El Salvador is a testament to the exceptional and sustained performance its mobile network has demonstrated during the first and second quarters of 2025. The award is based on the Speed Score, a metric that combines upload, download, and latency speeds to evaluate user experience. During this period, Claro achieved an outstanding score of 62.82, reaffirming its commitment to quality and innovation.

This award was based on consumer testing using Speedtest, a tool that monitors internet connection speeds on mobile devices with modern chipsets. The data confirmed that Claro’s mobile internet service recorded the fastest speeds available in the country, achieving a Speed Score of 62.82.
