Today, every Big Mac serves a special purpose! McDonald’s El Salvador is hosting another edition of McDía Feliz, an event that brings thousands of salvadorans together to join forces and provide new life opportunities for children with heart conditions who lack the resources to access catheterization procedures.
Throughout the day, 100% of the proceeds from Big Mac sales will go to Sana Mi Corazón, an organization dedicated to facilitating access to specialized medical procedures for the salvadoran children who need them most.
Today, all 29 McDonald’s restaurants across the country are becoming hubs for a true celebration of solidarity, joy, and hope. The day will feature music, various activities, and the participation of artists, public figures, media representatives, content creators, and volunteers, all of whom have chosen to contribute their time and talent to this noble cause.
Additionally, those who wish to provide further support can purchase Big Mac vouchers, available either as a standalone item or as part of a meal, at any McDonald’s restaurant. These vouchers can be redeemed between october 15 and december 31, 2026. It’s a great way to share with family, friends, or coworkers, while multiplying the support for McDía Feliz.

The funds raised will contribute to the purchase of specialized medical supplies and devices for cardiac catheterization procedures, giving more children the chance to receive the care they need and making a positive impact on their families.
