This 2025, Claro El Salvador proudly commemorates the 15th anniversary of the Claro Scholarship Program, an initiative that has transformed the lives of hundreds of young people, children of its employees, by providing them with tools to achieve their academic and professional goals.
Since its inception in 2010, the Claro Scholarship Program has supported outstanding students in basic education, junior high school and high school, reaffirming the company’s commitment to education as a fundamental pillar for the integral development of salvadoran families.
In this new 2025 edition, Claro is awarding 168 scholarships in recognition of the effort and dedication of these children and young people. This support not only supports the effort and academic merit, but also promotes values such as discipline and perseverance among future generations.
“This day we are giving more than a scholarship, we are recognizing the talent and effort of these children and young people who are forging their future. In Claro we are convinced that our success as a company is not only measured by business achievements, but also by the positive impact we generate in the lives of others and the country, there is no better way to do this than with the transformative power of education”, said Sergio Chueca, Country Director of Claro El Salvador.

To benefit from these Claro scholarships, the children of Claro El Salvador employees must maintain an outstanding academic average, with 8.5 in their grades and a permanent desire to excel.
