Calidad Inmobiliaria, a pioneer in the development of disruptive projects in the region, proudly announces the start of construction of Arela, the tallest and most exclusive apartment tower in El Salvador. Designed by the prestigious firm Carazo Arquitecturae Costa Rica, the tower introduces a concept of iconic architecture that seeks to positively disrupt San Salvador’s skyline, integrating nature into the design and timeless materials to create a unique living experience, becoming a landmark for the city.
Arela will offer apartments ranging from 155 m² to 255 m², including duplexes and penthouses, with high-end amenities such as a children’s area, a pool with BBQ, an event room, a gym, a Sky Lounge, a pet park, and a chef’s kitchen. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide its residents with a privileged lifestyle in one of the most coveted areas of the capital.
