The Lotería Nacional de Beneficencia held the Sorteo LOTRA N.2 443 dedicated to the Comisión Nacional de Activos Digitales (CNAD), the entity responsible for overseeing and promoting the development of the digital asset ecosystem in El Salvador.
The CNAD works to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, foster innovation, and strengthen a secure environment for digital transactions. It also maintains a public registry of authorized issuers and marketers; operating without its approval constitutes an infraction subject to penalties under the Digital Asset Issuance Law.
In this context, the El Salvador Digital Assets Summit 2026 was confirmed, to be held on april 15. For the second consecutive year, this event will bring together leaders from the public and private sectors to address the main challenges and opportunities of the digital asset industry.
Hosting these types of events positions El Salvador as a leading country in promoting financial innovation and technological development, solidifying our image as a venue for high-level international events. This progress is part of an environment that continues to strengthen favorable conditions for investment, confidence, and economic development.
As part of the pre-draw protocol, the top prizes were presented and the balls were selected, with the participation of Carlos Aguilar, director of the National Digital Assets Commission.
Subsequently, the Lottery Team presented the commemorative frame with the twentieth of the Sorteo LOTRA N.º 443results:
