The Cámara de Comercio e Industria de El Salvador (Camarasal), through its Businesswomen Committee, will hold the 21st edition of the iconic XXI Congreso Mujer y Liderazgo 2025, which will take place next tuesday, may 20, at the Sheraton Presidente Hotel.

With this meeting, the association seeks to strengthen female leadership in the salvadoran business environment and open spaces for reflection, training, and networking for the country’s female leaders and entrepreneurs.
The details were shared at a press conference led by Camarasal President Leticia Escobar and the President of the Businesswomen Committee, Norma de Handal, who were accompanied by representatives from partner companies.
“For more than 20 years, our Women and Leadership Congress has been a pioneer in promoting female entrepreneurship. We’ve experienced many challenges over the past two decades, and for each one, we’ve had something to offer, through tools for growth and empowerment”, Escobar said in her speech.
The conference will run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will feature a series of lectures and a panel led by national and international experts on employability, leadership, communication, and personal branding. The “Outstanding Woman 2025” award will also be presented, a distinction that seeks to honor women whose work and leadership have contributed to the country’s business and social growth.
