Representatives from the Oficina de Planificación del Área Metropolitana de San Salvador (OPAMSS), conducted a technical visit to the Casa 725 residential project, developed by Inversiones Bolívar, in San Benito. The purpose of the visit was to assess the construction progress of the complex and review aspects related to its urban integration, planning, and sustainable vertical development in the capital.
During the tour, the OPAMSS technical team learned about the status of the project, as well as the criteria applied for its development within the San Salvador Metropolitan Area, including elements related to its surroundings, urban connectivity, and compliance with the corresponding technical guidelines.
Casa 725 is part of Inversiones Bolívar’s “Casa” residential line and represents an investment of $52 million. The project reflects the company’s commitment to promoting high-value urban housing developments, aligned with the new growth dynamics of San Salvador and with a vision of orderly and sustainable development.
Located on Circunvalación Street in San Benito, the project features a 32-story residential tower with 87 two- and three-bedroom apartments, designed with a contemporary approach that integrates design, functionality, and connection to the urban environment. Construction is currently in the foundation pouring and reinforcement stage, a key phase for the tower’s vertical development. Delivery is scheduled for the first half of 2028.
Furthermore, Casa 725 has reached 100% sales, reflecting market confidence in the track record, support, and stability of Inversiones Bolívar as one of El Salvador’s most recognized developers.
“At Inversiones Bolívar, we believe in developing projects that contribute to the orderly growth of San Salvador, based on responsible planning, technical compliance, and a long-term vision. Casa 725 reflects this commitment to continue promoting urban development projects that generate value for the city and its communities”, said Óscar Cornejo, executive director of Inversiones Bolívar.

In addition to its contribution to urban development, the construction of Casa 725 helps to boost the local economy by generating approximately 1,500 direct and indirect jobs, fostering opportunities in sectors related to construction, real estate development, and specialized services.
The visit reaffirms the importance of continuing to strengthen coordination between institutions and development companies to promote projects executed under technical, regulatory, and urban sustainability criteria. Casa 725 continues to progress in a solid and orderly manner, consolidating itself as one of the residential projects with the greatest potential in one of the fastest growing and most dynamic areas of San Salvador.
As part of its corporate vision, Inversiones Bolívar holds the international B Corp certification, a recognition that supports its commitment to high social, environmental, and governance standards. With more than 65 years of experience, the company continues to solidify its position as one of the country’s leading developers, promoting Life Projects designed to generate urban value and contribute to the sustainable development of El Salvador.
