The Ministerio de Trabajo y Previsión Social (MTPS) continues to strengthen its job placement strategy through the “Job Mondays” program, an initiative that connects hundreds of salvadorans each week with available vacancies in different productive sectors.

Currently, the following positions are being offered in the 14 departmental offices:
• Medical representatives, graphic designers, production managers, supervisors, electrical technicians, customer service, sales executives.
• Bartenders, cooks, call center agents, floor attendants, warehouse assistants, display operators.

The Minister of Labor, Rolando Castro, reiterated that this policy seeks not only to provide formal employment but also to dignify the lives of salvadoran families:

“A job is the foundation for a family’s comprehensive development. With job monday, we are ensuring that every week more salvadorans find an opportunity that will transform their lives”, said Rolando Castro.

With this, the Ministry strengthens its role as a link between the workforce and companies seeking personnel, contributing to the country’s economic and social dynamism.
