During the technical visit of the Executive Director of the Oficina de Planificación del Área Metropolitana de San Salvador (OPAMSS), Luis Rodríguez, Agrisal presented the progress and strategic vision of Vistas Soyapango, a vertical housing project that will mark a milestone in the urban transformation of the eastern part of the capital.

During the tour, OPAMSS authorities, members of the Board of Directors and Agrisal’s executive team shared technical, architectural, and social details that position this complex as a model of urban transformation in the eastern part of the capital.

This development, which represents an investment of US$30 million, contemplates the construction of three nine-story towers with a total of 288 apartments, designed under standards of sustainability, functionality, and efficiency. Currently, the project has completed 100% of the earthwork and soil preparation stage, and has begun the foundation phase, in which the concrete foundations of each of the buildings are being prepared, based on load-bearing walls.

The architectural vision of the project is to achieve a structure with a functional and efficient distribution of spaces, amenities, and green areas, as well as a strategic connection to nearby roads and businesses in the area.
One of the characteristics of the three Vistas Soyapango buildings is to take advantage of natural lighting and ventilation, as the structures will be positioned to achieve an ideal orientation of their facades.

Among the project’s sustainability elements, the design complies with OPAMSS HAUS certification requirements, incorporating LED technology, energy-efficient toilets, and water harvesting systems.

The complex is expected to be fully delivered by the end of 2026. Currently, the project has already placed 60% of its units, reflecting its success in the market. “Vistas Soyapango represents much more than a real estate development. It is an investment that will generate a thriving ecosystem. We are pleased to have the presence of the Executive Director of OPAMSS to share a common vision: to transform the urban environment with quality, innovation, and social commitment”, said Eduardo Quiñónez, President of Agrisal.

The complex includes two- and three-bedroom apartments (50 sq. m. and 60 sq. m.), with prices starting at US$99,500. Financing options of up to 90% of the value are offered, as well as payment of the premium in 18 monthly installments. Amenities include a bench and barbecue area, multipurpose court, children’s playground, outdoor gymnasium, playroom for the little ones, multipurpose room, green and recreational areas, and laundry and drying room. The OPAMSS visit also provided an opportunity to discuss the economic and social impact, with the generation of more than 500 direct jobs and the strengthening of local suppliers and businesses. This new milestone adds to Agrisal’s track record in the area, which began with Plaza Mundo in 2003, and consolidates its vision of purposeful urban development.
