Thanks to the launch of its new CUSCATLAN App, CUSCATLAN received two awards in the Gold category. One for the development of the CUSCATLAN SV App, which implements new technologies, functionalities, and modern design; through its own Digital Factory. It was considered as an evaluation criterion that the new application adapts to the needs and allows making the most of its financial potential. Positioning itself in the top of the most popular financial applications in El Salvador, since its publication, with reviews highlighting the ease of use and speed.

The second gold for the bank was thanks to the important contribution to financial inclusion that it promotes through Niu App. During 2024, in addition to launching an innovative interactive game, it made available to its customers the Niu credit card, which was designed so that people with no history can access it with only a minimum income or average balance in their savings account, allowing hundreds of users to access this type of product for the first time; which is aligned with its objectives of promoting financial inclusion in historically underserved segments.
