Crecer, a leading savings, pensions, and investment company, reaffirms its commitment to the evolution of organizational talent by commemorating Human Resources Professionals’ Day with a high-impact training initiative. As part of its Management Training Program, the company will present the master conference “Navigating uncertainty with resilience”, given by the Mexican specialist in applied emotional intelligence, Macu Villalobos, founder of Sincronía Consultoría.

The event will take place on may 22 and will be free of charge for Crecer’s client companies. Its objective is to provide practical tools that strengthen the capacity of Human Talent teams to manage BANI (fragile, anxious, non-linear and incomprehensible) business environments and, at the same time, foster personal and organizational resilience.
“In Crecer we value the strategic role played by human resources professionals to protect and enhance salvadoran talent. With spaces like this we seek to recognize their contribution to business development and bring them methodologies that elevate the management of human capital”, said Ingrid Rodas, Crecer’s Client and Brand manager.
From the corporate to the academic environment, Crecer promotes a training proposal that offers its clients access to updated and essential knowledge for their growth.
During the activity, more than 120 professionals will learn about the BANI context, a conceptual framework that describes the current business environment, characterized by fragility, anxiety, non-linearity, and incomprehensibility. In addition, strategies to strengthen personal and organizational resilience will be addressed, as well as keys to generational adaptation in the work environment.

With initiatives such as this one, Crecer reaffirms its commitment to the integral development of its corporate and affiliate clients, promoting training spaces such as Macu Villalobos’, which will benefit more than 100 companies.
For more information on the different training spaces, Crecer invites its clients to follow its official networks on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as @AFPCrecer, and to visit its online platforms Crecer con Empleo and TalentUp.
