Holcim, a global leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions, has opened the call for entries for the Holcim Awards 2025, the world’s most prestigious competition for sustainable design and construction. With a global prize fund of US$1 million, this initiative seeks to recognize architectural projects that promote the transformation of the industry toward a more sustainable future.
Since its inception in 2004, the Holcim Awards have promoted more than 320 innovative projects worldwide, establishing itself as a platform that combines architectural excellence with a positive impact on the environment and society. This edition invites architects, designers and builders from around the world to enter their projects in the design or construction phase by february 11, 2025.

The global competition takes place in five geographic regions: Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, Middle East Africa and North America. Independent expert juries will evaluate the entered projects and select the winners of the gold, silver and bronze categories, who will then be invited to the awards ceremony scheduled for november 20, 2025 in Venice. The Holcim Awards 2025 are a clear example of how innovation and sustainability can transform the industry.
