With pride and satisfaction, Isuzu celebrates the outstanding performance of its technical team in the Isuzu Regional Skill Competition 2025, held recently in Panama. This demanding regional competition brought together the best technicians of the brand in Latin America, who demonstrated their knowledge and technical skills through rigorous individual and group tests.
The Isuzu team represented Grupo Q El Salvador and achieved an outstanding performance, obtaining 1st place in the individual competition, as well as 1st place as a team in the Isuzu 2025 Technical Skills Competition for LATAM and the Caribbean.

These awards reaffirmed the high technical level and professionalism of the personnel that make up the brand’s service network.
“This recognition not only represents a victory for our team, but also a reflection of Isuzu’s commitment to continuous training, technical excellence and customer satisfaction in every market where we operate”, said Julio Martinez, manager of Isuzu El Salvador.
The competition consisted of three key tests:
Written test, which evaluated advanced theoretical knowledge on mechanics, electronics and diagnostics of Isuzu vehicles.
Individual practical test, where each technician’s ability to analyze and solve mechanical and electronic problems was put to the test.
Group practical test, focused on team collaboration and efficiency to diagnose and repair faults in a realistic environment.

In the practical tests, participants had to perform a general inspection of the truck to identify malfunctions, as well as resolve electrical and electronic faults using official Isuzu tools and equipment. The team was able to identify and correct all faults and malfunctions, demonstrating exceptional technical mastery and flawless execution.
All these achievements strengthen Isuzu’s position as a brand that is committed to technical talent and the continuous improvement of its after-sales services, ensuring that its customers can always count on specialized and high-level attention.
