La Constancia, in collaboration with the Academia Panamericana de Arte Culinaria (APAC), presents for the fourth consecutive year its traditional “Recetario Navideño 2024”, a gift designed to bring unique culinary experiences to its consumers during the year-end holidays.
This initiative has been enriched thanks to the participation of talented APAC students, who, through the “Christmas 2024 Competition” sponsored by La Constancia, stood out with innovative creations that are now part of the recipe book. More than one thousand young people participated in this contest, representing the four APAC branches nationwide. The four winning teams are the authors of the exquisite recipes that make the difference in this exclusive cookbook.
“In 2024, we have combined our vision of responsible consumption with the dreams of young salvadoran culinary students to present our traditional Recetario Navideño. In this edition, the recipes have been created by talented APAC students, who shared with us their passion and aspirations to become great chefs. We are sure that these recipes will be part of the unforgettable moments that salvadoran families will experience during this holiday season. The special touch of all the recipes lies in the incorporation of a singular ingredient: beer. The dishes have been prepared with La Constancia’s renowned brands of beer, which not only enhance the flavors, but also become the perfect complement to the pairing during the celebrations.

The Christmas Cookbook 2024, includes 4 recipes that La Constancia brings from the hand of the young students of the culinary arts in its menu of options so that you can prepare it in these dates that unite all people.
1. Tenderloin in sweet reduction and beer
Accompanied with candied pear, dried fruit arancini and paired with beer.
2. Pork tenderloin with beer and smoked tamarind
Served with malanga puree, sautéed vegetables and beer.
3. Pork tenderloin in cranberry sauce
Served with sweet potato puree au gratin with marshmallows, sautéed vegetables and beer.
4. Breast of pork
Stuffed with marmahon, served with beer and red fruit sauce, mashed sweet potato with bacon, and beer.
