On january 31, 2026, Lakshmy will celebrate its official opening at Presidente Plaza, 3rd level, unit 13, marking a milestone in the country’s creative scene by establishing itself as El Salvador’s first Arte & Café.
Although Lakshmy has existed since 2001, it was three years ago that the brand evolved into the Paint & Friends concept, an experience designed for a young audience seeking to create without rules, relax, and enjoy art accompanied by coffee in a casual and contemporary atmosphere.

Lakshmy proposes a different way of experiencing art: an experience of creative freedom, where no prior knowledge or specific technique is required. Each visit is designed as a moment of disconnection, enjoyment, and personal expression, prioritizing the experience over the result.

With this official opening, Lakshmy positions itself as a new lifestyle meeting point in the country, integrating art, coffee, and well-being in a single space, and reaffirming its pioneering spirit.
ABOUT LAKSHMY
Lakshmy began as an art school founded in 2001 by Rosanna de Tóchez, with the goal of bringing artistic expression to diverse audiences.
Following the pandemic, Lakshmy found itself needing to evolve and adapt to a new reality, transforming its offering into a more flexible experience aligned with new forms of cultural consumption. From this evolution emerged the Paint & Friends concept, which today positions Lakshmy as El Salvador’s first Arte & Café, integrating art, coffee, and creative freedom in a single space.
