Nestlé, a leading food and beverage company, held today a master conference aimed at more than 100 salvadoran nutritionists, with the aim of providing them with tools and knowledge to enhance their personal brand through the effective management of social networks, relationship strategies and digital marketing.
In an increasingly digitized world, social networks have become a powerful tool for disseminating information and building a strong personal brand. Nestlé recognizes the importance of salvadoran nutritionists being able to take advantage of these platforms to share their knowledge, promote healthy habits and establish a closer connection with their audience.
The presentation entitled “Nutrition 2.0, Boost your brand in social networks” was given by Felix Lámbiz, digital manager for Nestlé Nutrition in Central America; industrial engineer with more than 10 years of experience in digital marketing. Lámbiz shared content on how to generate effective digital marketing strategies for the projection of an impactful professional brand, attractive and long-term relationship with the patient.
“Bringing nutrition, health and wellness to families is Nestlé’s main purpose. Supporting the nutritionists’ guild in the country becomes vital, in view of the need of the guild for a better projection of its image, understanding and scope of its professional services; which can be achieved through the use of platforms and tools aligned to new trends in communication and digital marketing, which, in turn, leads to a more genuine and committed professional service to patients”, explained Edilda Castroverde, Leader in Nutrition, Health and Wellness for Nestlé Central America.
During the conference, participants had the opportunity to learn effective strategies to manage their social media profiles, develop quality content and establish a digital identity aligned with their values and professional purposes. In addition, topics such as the importance of ethics in digital communication, responsibility when disseminating nutritional information and the positive impact they can generate in society through their online presence were addressed.
This activity is part of the program of scientific forums and keynote lectures that the Nestlé company carries out at the regional level as part of the education efforts on nutrition and lifestyle issues.
“Nestlé reaffirms its commitment to continue working with nutritionists to reaffirm our main purpose which is to develop all the power of food to improve the quality of life of current and future generations, so we will continue to provide such spaces to contribute to the professional growth of the guild of nutritionists in El Salvador”, concluded Patricia Argueta Corporate Affairs and Communications manager of Nestlé El Salvador.
