Beginning february 20, Manhattan commuters will find in the concourse of 1 Penn Plaza, Penn Station Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), the unique taste of Pollo Campero in an innovative, state-of-the-art restaurant approach designed to enhance the customer experience.

Features include a mobile order delivery station with secure, custom code-accessible lockers, self-service kiosks, and a sleek, modern décor. This innovative prototype is designed to provide a personalized dining experience while meeting the needs of New York commuters.
To celebrate the opening, Pollo Campero registered the first 100 guests at the new restaurant to participate in a drawing for a Boleto Dorado, which gives them free Pollo Campero for a year.
