The training, held between june 30 and july 15, covered specialized content in financial literacy, budget management, business management, and brand building, all aimed at improving decision-making and boosting the growth of their ventures.

As part of the closing event, held at the Plaza Mundo Usulután Amphitheater, Bancoagrícola presented the conference “Five Financial Strategies to Grow Your Business”, complemented by a financial advisory session and a presentation of solutions aimed at strengthening the participating businesses.

The Proyecto Alto Impacto Usulután integrates the collaborative work of the business, academic, and social sectors. In this joint effort, Plaza Mundo Usulután promotes spaces for marketing, visibility, and employability; Bancoagrícola strengthens financial education and inclusion; and Universidad Gerardo Barrios (UGB), promotes high-level training programs.

“Each of the 50 entrepreneurs who completed this process reflects the commitment, capacity, and growth potential that exists in Usulután. By strengthening their businesses, they expand their opportunities to grow and generate income. That is the impact we promote together with the business, academic, and social sectors”, said Karen Massana, Project and Social Development Manager of the Fundación Rafael Meza Ayau.

Throughout 2025 and 2026, more than 100 entrepreneurs participated in the training programs of the Fundación Rafael Meza Ayau, acquiring tools to strengthen the management and sustainability of their businesses. These results reflect the impact of the collaborative work between the business, academic, and social sectors to generate opportunities and contribute to local economic development.
As part of the marketing opportunities fostered by the project, the next edition of UsuMarket, the Proyecto Alto Impacto Usulutánentrepreneur fair aimed at generating sales opportunities, visibility, and connections with new clients, will be held on september 5 and 6 at Plaza Mundo Usulután, where participants will be able to present and sell their products.
