With this new route, Volaris reinforces its commitment to offer multiple travel alternatives at the lowest prices for salvadorans residing in the country and abroad, especially in the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, one of the regions with the highest concentration of salvadorans in the United States. Newark International Airport is considered the main airport in the New York metropolitan area and one of the largest in the United States.
