
La Fundación Empresarial para la Acción Social (FUNDEMAS) today inaugurated the thirteenth edition of Sustainability and CSR Week 2025, the most important business meeting on sustainability in El Salvador. The event, titled “Transformative Trends: Sustainability in a Fast-Paced World”, brings together business leaders to reflect on the challenges and opportunities emerging in an increasingly dynamic global environment.




During the morning, participants will explore how contextual intelligence, sustainable innovation, and corporate governance are redefining the way business is done. Keynote addresses will be given by Ramón Mendiola, president of the Asociación Empresarial para el Derarrollo (AED) of Costa Rica, and Ítalo Pizzolante, founder of Pizzolante Comunicaciones, who will share their vision of transformative leadership and trust as pillars of business sustainability.
Subsequently, a panel of experts will address the topic “Transcending from Obligation to Sustainable Innovation”, challenging attendees to rethink their corporate strategies in the face of today’s social, environmental, and technological demands. The morning will conclude with a tour of sustainability experiences, in which several companies will showcase concrete practices that are generating a positive impact on their communities and operations.




Sustainability and CSR Week 2025 will take place from october 21 to 23 at the Sheraton Presidente Hotel, with the participation of more than 1,500 business leaders, representatives of international cooperation agencies, trade unions, universities, and civil society organizations.
