
With the goal of consolidating El Salvador as a strategic hub for trade and connectivity in Central America, Expo Logística El Salvador 2025 was held. This event brought together experts, authorities, and business leaders from the national and international logistics sector.

Undersecretary Alberto Acosta moderated a strategic panel on investments that boost the country’s logistics sector, addressing key topics such as infrastructure, governance, digitalization, and financing. These areas are critical to strengthening the logistics chain and ensuring El Salvador’s competitiveness in the region.
During the event, Secretary Miguel Kattan led the exchange of experiences and visions, which included discussions on ports of the future, e-commerce, and customs security. Kattan emphasized that “El Salvador is the country of tomorrow, where all salvadorans will build a future with equal opportunities and make our nation an example for the world”.

The event marks an important step in positioning the country as an integrated and sustainable logistics hub, reinforcing its role in regional connectivity and international trade. Businesspeople and authorities agreed that these initiatives strengthen competitiveness and open investment and development opportunities for all salvadorans.
