This price behavior is attributed to several international factors, including fluctuations in U.S. oil reserves during march, according to the International Energy Agency (IEA). In addition, sanctions on Iranian and Venezuelan exports have impacted the global supply of crude oil.
Another key element in the energy market is the recent ceasefire agreement in the Black Sea between Russia and Ukraine, which seeks to guarantee maritime trade and the protection of energy facilities, generating expectations in the hydrocarbons industry.
The new prices will be in effect from april 1 to april 14, 2025, so drivers will have to adjust their budgets according to these changes in the cost of fuels.
