The minister of Finance of El Salvador, Jerson Posada, held a meeting with representatives of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), in which they addressed issues related to regional integration, El Salvador CRECE agenda, Cargo Pass and economic resilience.
During the meeting, different topics related to the country’s economic agenda and regional cooperation were followed up. The meeting is part of efforts to continue promoting initiatives related to growth and investment in El Salvador.
One of the topics addressed was regional integration, as part of an agenda aimed at strengthening cooperation and joint work in the region. This aspect was included among the main points of conversation between the head of the Treasury and the IDB representatives.
The El Salvador CRECE agenda was also addressed, an initiative that is part of the actions discussed during the meeting. This issue adds to the efforts being developed to continue promoting economic growth and investment in the country.
Another of the points discussed was Cargo Pass, included in the work agenda between the Salvadoran Government and the international financial organization. The initiative was addressed together with other issues related to integration and economic development.
Economic resilience was also part of the meeting, as one of the axes of conversation between both parties. This topic was incorporated into the agenda along with initiatives linked to growth and investment.
The meeting allowed for maintaining dialogue between the Ministry of Finance and the IDB around issues considered relevant to the economic agenda of El Salvador. The meeting was attended by officials and representatives linked to the work areas.
Through these dialogue spaces, El Salvador and the IDB continue to address issues related to regional integration, El Salvador CRECE, Cargo Pass and economic resilience, with the purpose of continuing to promote growth and investment in the country.
