Calidad Inmobiliaria, a company with roots in Guatemala, has marked a milestone in El Salvador with the laying of the foundation stone for Valto Ignis. This project represents the first phase of the Valto Elementum series, an innovative concept inspired by the four natural elements, consolidating an initial US$40 million investment in the country.

According to Alejandro Belgari, Country Director of Calidad Inmobiliaria in El Salvador, this development is part of an acceleration in the company’s investment. Confidence in salvadoran growth, especially in security, has been a key driver for this significant investment in the real estate sector.

It was also highlighted that Calidad Inmobiliaria plans an ambitious investment of approximately US$500 million in El Salvador over the next five years. This strategy includes diversifying its portfolio, venturing into the housing sector, but also strengthening its presence in office and logistics projects, consolidating its long-term commitment to the country’s development.

Valto Ignis, comprised of two towers of 14 and 15 floors, has demonstrated remarkable commercial success since its launch last year. To date, an impressive 70% of the housing units have been sold, demonstrating the strong market interest in this type of value proposition. The average price of apartments at Valto Ignis is around US$200,000.

The project not only offers housing, but also a distinctive lifestyle with amenities such as meeting and event rooms, fire pits, and spacious terraces with privileged views. These common areas seek to promote the quality of life and enjoyment of residents, prioritizing spaces for socializing and well-being.

This important project not only boosts the economy through investment but also generates a significant impact on employment. Luis Rodríguez of OPAMSS highlighted that Valto Ignis is creating 1,500 direct jobs, adding to the 160,000 already generated in the dynamic construction sector in El Salvador.
