
The Gastro-Lab Surf City culinary school has opened a new application period for young people between 18 and 35 years old who wish to train in the culinary field and develop skills that will improve their job prospects.

The invitation is open to residents of Sonsonate, Ahuachapán, Santa Ana, La Libertad, San Miguel, and La Unión. The program aims to provide technical tools and practical knowledge to enhance young talent in the culinary sector, one of the fastest-growing in the country.

As part of the application process, informational meetings have been scheduled for november 25 and 27, where information about requirements, methodology, program duration, and benefits for participants will be shared.

Gastro-Lab positions itself as a training platform that empowers young people interested in professional cooking, offering them the opportunity to specialize and access a field with high job demand.
