At Lotería, we honor salvadorans living in the United States, men and women who have forged a path in new lands without losing their roots in their traditions, and who today are an engine of growth for El Salvador.

This drawing was dedicated to those who, at different times in history, made the decision to migrate to achieve their personal and professional goals, without losing the essence of their roots, their love for traditions, and the warmth of family that characterizes us. Salvadorans living abroad are a fundamental part of the country’s development. In addition to contributing to the family economy, they also have a growing share of national investment.
Thanks to the climate of security and investment that El Salvador currently experiences, many compatriots have begun to invest in returning to pursue entrepreneurship in various fields, also benefiting from tax incentives that facilitate this return.

During the pre-drawing phase, Lucía Cabrera, a technician from the Department of Diaspora Relations, participated, choosing the order in which the briefcases were introduced into the inner tube. We also presented the frame with the twentieth one circulated during the week to Josué Manuel Cruz Castillo, head of the Department of Diaspora Relations, who participated in introducing the main prizes to the raffle.
