El Salvador’s ambassador to the United States, Milena Mayorga, carried out a working agenda in Miami, Florida, with the aim of positioning the country as a key destination for investment.
The visit sought to establish partnerships to attract capital and develop new business initiatives. During her agenda, the diplomat met with important business leaders from the logistics, tourism, manufacturing, infrastructure, and financial services sectors.

The ambassador presented the various opportunities, as well as the advantages and incentives that El Salvador offers for undertaking productive projects in its territory. Mayorga also participated in an investment forum organized by CCLatam and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador, where strategic areas for investment were presented.

At this event, investors expressed keen interest in learning more about new opportunities to expand their operations in the Central American country. As part of her visit, the ambassador met with Miami Mayor Francis Suarez and participated in an event with the Council of the Americas.

At these meetings, the diplomat spoke with leaders from the technology, finance, pharmaceutical, and aeronautics sectors, to whom she presented El Salvador’s economic growth. Finally, Ambassador Milena Mayorga emphasized that the mission of the visit was to continue positioning El Salvador as a reliable, competitive, and innovative destination.

The goal of the work agenda in Miami is to open up new business opportunities and partnerships that benefit the country’s development and well-being.
