The Mayor’s Office of San Salvador Centro, under the leadership of Mayor Mario Durán, informs the population about the special schedules of attention during the Patron Saint Festivities of the capital, in honor of the Divine Savior of the World, which are celebrated from august 1 to 6.
The Puntos de Atención Empresarial (PAE) in the offices of zones 1, 2, 4, 4, 5 and 6 of the San Salvador District, Metrocentro, Bazar Cuscatlán, central offices and the Centro de Atención Tributaria (CAT) will offer their services on august 1 and 2 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. without closing at noon. Meanwhile, on saturday, august 3, the PAE Metrocentro, Bazar Cuscatlán and CAT will open their doors to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 m.
In addition, the services of the Family Registry, in the central offices of the municipality, on Juan Pablo II Avenue, will be provided only on august 1 and 2, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 m. and from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
During these holidays, Central, Tinetti, Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, La Tiendona, Zacamil, Plaza Zacamil, Ciudad Delgado, Cuscatancingo and San Ramón markets will work normally, except for tuesday, august 6, when they will be closed.
The markets Modelo, Belloso, Monserrat and Centro Comercial Libertad will not be open on monday august 5 and tuesday august 6. Meanwhile, the San Antonio market will be closed for three days, from sunday, august 4 to tuesday, august 6.
The wholesale markets La Tiendona, Mayorista de Plátanos La Tiendona, Anexo La Tiendona, ExCuartel, San Jacinto, Mejicanos, Yucódromo of Mejicanos, Las Colinas and Ayutuxtepeque will work normal hours without closing any day during this holiday period.
The General Administration of Cemeteries of San Salvador District will offer its services for burials and payments in the collection area from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
