Investments in infrastructure, international promotion and human resource training have been determining factors in the tourism boom. A clear example is the transformation of the salvadoran coast, which has attracted visitors thanks to projects such as Surf City, promoted by the government of President Nayib Bukele.
One of the fundamental elements for this growth has been the improvement in security. Thanks to the policies implemented, tourists can enjoy iconic destinations such as the port of La Libertad, El Zonte and Punta Roca beaches, positioning El Salvador as an attractive and safe destination.
