The president of the Instituto Salvadoreño de Turismo (ISTU), Eny Aguiñada, informed that during the vacation period more than 120 thousand visitors are expected to arrive to the parks managed by the ISTU. This forecast reflects a remarkable interest in the recreational and natural spaces managed by the institution.
Among the outstanding parks under ISTU administration are Parque Infantil de Diversiones, Parque Saburo Hirao, Parque Natural Puerta del Diablo, Parque de Diversiones Sunset Park, Parque Natural Cerro Verde, and Altos de la Cueva. Each of these parks offers a variety of attractions and experiences for all tastes.
In addition, ISTU manages other destinations such as Amapulapa, Apulo and Los Chorros Recreational Park, which are also part of this tourist offer. Both domestic and international tourists are expected to visit these parks during the vacations.
