
Parque Recreativo Los Chorroshas become one of the most popular destinations during Holy Week, welcoming numerous national and international visitors seeking recreational options in a natural setting.
Located on the Pan-American Highway, about 18 kilometers from San Salvador, this park stands out for its cool climate and abundant vegetation, characteristics that make it an accessible option for families.

The park features four pools fed by natural springs, allowing people of all ages to enjoy its facilities in a safe and well-maintained environment. It is open monday through sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

On Holy thursday, foreign tourists also joined the influx, highlighting the park’s conditions and the atmosphere in the country. Visitors from Panama and Honduras noted the tranquility and confidence they felt during their stay, factors that influence their decision to visit salvadoran tourist destinations.

The park is part of the network of parks managed by the Instituto Salvadoreño de Turismo, an entity that maintains regulations to ensure a harmonious environment, including the prohibition of alcoholic beverages, weapons, and intoxicated individuals.
The increase in visitors during this season reflects the dynamism of domestic and regional tourism, as well as the growing popularity of recreational spaces that combine nature, accessibility, and suitable conditions for relaxation.
