The Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE) informs the citizens that, in compliance with the extension of the deadline unanimously approved by its Collegiate Body, the payment process corresponding to 26,991 people who participated as Temporary Personnel in the past elections of 2024 is being carried out. The main objective of this effort is to resolve the non-payment situation and guarantee that all collaborators receive their corresponding remuneration.

In accordance with current regulations, the TSE is obliged to remit to the Ministry of Finance the funds not executed. In this case, an amount of US$948,392.50 has been transferred to the Office of Funds in Custody, so that the beneficiaries can process their payment upon presentation of the corresponding certification, duly signed and stamped by the Court.

To facilitate this process, TSE teams have traveled to the department of La Paz, specifically to Zacatecoluca, where they will continue to attend to those affected. The service days will be held this saturday, march 22, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Government Center, located on the Carretera Litoral antigua a Zacatecoluca, Km 56, in front of INFRASAL.

Additionally, the TSE will maintain attention at its Dirección Organizacional Electoral (DOE) from sunday, march 23 to wednesday, march 27. Afterwards, the teams will move to Santa Ana, where they will continue with the process on march 28 and 29.

The Tribunal Supremo Electoral reiterates its commitment to guarantee that all temporary collaborators receive their pending payments and thanks the understanding and patience of the citizens during this process. For further information, interested parties may contact us by WhatsApp at 7228-8818.
