
A total of 50 salvadoran professionals will continue their postgraduate academic training thanks to a scholarship program promoted by the Government of El Salvador, in partnership with the Escuela de Negocios Formato Educativo, de España.
The initiative covers 100% of the cost of the master’s degrees and includes academic materials, online classes, and specialized tutoring, allowing the recipients to strengthen their knowledge without incurring any expenses for their education.
The selected professionals will pursue specialization programs in strategic areas for the country’s development, including strategic management, project management, marketing, human resources, leadership, innovation, and business administration.
During the symbolic scholarship award ceremony, the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Adriana Mira, emphasized that these types of opportunities represent an investment in salvadoran talent and the country’s growth.

“Each of these opportunities represents an investment in national talent”. “Investing in the training of our professionals means strengthening the capabilities that will contribute to the modernization of our institutions, the growth of our businesses, and the sustainable development of our country”, the official said.
She also reiterated that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the Agencia de El Salvador para la Cooperación Internacional (ESCO), continues to manage cooperation programs that allow more salvadorans to access specialized studies and expand their professional development opportunities.
The alliance between the Government and Formato Educativo has enabled a total of 155 salvadorans to access postgraduate studies funded through this program since 2022.

The executive director of Formato Educativo, Hugo Domínguez, noted that these scholarships represent an investment in knowledge and the development of the country, by preparing professionals capable of responding to current challenges and leading transformation processes.
The spanish ambassador to El Salvador, Sonia Álvarez, also participated in the ceremony, accompanying the symbolic awarding of the scholarships, as part of the educational cooperation between the two countries.
