This initiative seeks to encourage domestic tourism and provide families with an affordable option for enjoying leisure time.
The measure is part of the civic month celebrations, a period of commemoration and festivities in El Salvador. The promotion allows visitors to take advantage of the different spaces managed by ISTU, ranging from aquatic centers and ecological parks to natural areas.
According to the institution’s president, Eny Aguiñada, the parks are ready to provide a safe and orderly environment, ideal for families to share and celebrate national traditions in contact with nature. This opportunity is an invitation to rediscover the beauty of the country. For Central American tourists, the promotion will have a special day.
On september 15, in commemoration of Independence Day, visitors will also be able to take advantage of a 2-for-1 ticket offer. To do so, visitors to the region must present an official identification document, such as their ID card or passport, to take advantage of the benefit and enjoy the activities offered by the recreational parks. The offer is not limited to parks with an entrance fee.
Places such as Puerta del Diablo Natural Park, famous for its breathtaking views, and Sunset Park Amusement Park, known for its rides, will also be part of the initiative. At these venues, the 2-for-1 discount will apply specifically to tour rates and rides, respectively, expanding the scope of the promotion.
