Holcim El Salvador announces the launch of the new edition of its renowned Trainee Program, aimed at young professionals looking to develop their skills and grow within the construction industry. This program is designed to offer comprehensive technical and behavioral training, giving participants the opportunity to experience the different areas of Holcim’s operations and business.
The Trainee Program opens its doors to the fourth generation of young professionals with the objective of training committed future leaders, aligned with the company’s corporate values, and under the mentality of sustainability and innovation that characterizes Holcim. Throughout the program, which lasts 12 months, participants will be accompanied by a coach, which will ensure their immersion in a performance culture focused on safety, operational excellence, efficiency and sustainable growth.
Looking for creative and disruptive young people

The program is open to young people with a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry and Geology, who have at least one year of experience in jobs, internships or practices.
