Crecer, in partnership with Hábitat para la Humanidad El Salvador, spearheaded home improvements and the partial rehabilitation and reconstruction of the community center on Calle Nueva in Guazapa by installing water pumps in the homes of 12 families and organizing corporate volunteer days, with the goal of contributing to the well-being of the residents.
The partnership, formalized in may 2026, made it possible to install water pumps in the beneficiary homes, carry out painting improvements, and provide families in the area with a community center. This solution facilitates water storage and availability, promoting better hygiene, health, and well-being for the beneficiary families.
“Crecer shows us that by building together, we can support more families across the country. These 12 beneficiary families will have better access to water, thanks to Crecer’s financial support and the time and dedicated efforts of corporate volunteers”, said Hazel Bolaños, Resource Development manager at Hábitat para la Humanidad El Salvador
As part of this initiative, Crecer employees participated in two volunteer events. On october 19 and 24, a total of 16 volunteers took part.

“At Crecer, we are committed to projects that improve the living conditions of people and communities and ensure that these benefits are sustained over time. That is why, as a company, we have supported various projects throughout 2026. Furthermore, we believe that corporate volunteering is a way to join forces and bring about concrete, lasting improvements that contribute to people’s well-being and the strengthening of communities”, said Ingrid Rodas, Crecer’s Manager of Corporate Communications and Sustainability.
This partnership joins other initiatives that Crecer promotes in support of the environment and the well-being of its customers, as part of its commitment to sustainable development and generating tangible benefits for people and communities.
Actions that contribute to everyone’s well-being

In 2026, Crecer organized eight corporate volunteer events, involving 200 volunteers and more than 800 hours of community service. These initiatives have contributed to the well-being of students, seniors, and salvadoran families through actions focused on education, the environment, health, and the improvement of homes and community spaces, thereby strengthening the organization’s commitment to the country’s sustainable development
As part of its commitment to environmental sustainability, Crecer also organized a reforestation and cleanup event at Balboa Park, located in Los Planes de Renderos. The event included landscaping work in various areas of the park and the planting of 96 trees of species native to or adapted to the area, contributing to the conservation of natural resources and the well-being of the communities that visit this space.

Additionally, through its Club de Pensionados Crecer, the company held a new edition of the Eye Health Day, aimed at old-age and disability pensioners. In this 2026 edition, more than 100 pensioners signed up to receive care, which included comprehensive eye exams, basic corrective eyewear, and vouchers to purchase glasses with special adaptations.
Since 2009, the Eye Health Day has benefited more than 2,000 retirees, contributing to their well-being and quality of life.
