The Ministry of Finance has launched the first call for applications for the Human Capital Training Program 2025, aimed at salvadoran university students interested in developing theoretical and practical skills in areas related to the financial and administrative management of the State. This program seeks to prepare human capital with specialized knowledge in fiscal policy, auditing, government accounting, and other key topics for public administration.
Program participants will receive a monthly scholarship of US$365 during their internship period, which will last until December 2025. Upon successful completion, trainees will receive a diploma from the Ministry. Applicants must be enrolled in specific careers, such as Public Accounting, Economics, Legal Sciences, Systems Engineering, among others, and have passed at least 90% of their courses.
The requirements include not being related to employees or active scholarship holders of the Ministry, in addition to possessing values such as integrity, responsibility and leadership. The internship will take place from monday to friday, from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, and will be oriented to support tax auditing, budget management and financial administration processes.
The application period is open from january 16 to 23, 2025. Interested applicants should complete the application form and send it to capital.humano@mh.gob.sv along with the required documents, such as transcript of records and graduation letter, as appropriate.
