El Salvador became the epicenter of regional business dialogue by hosting the twentieth edition of the Parents and Children 2025 Business Meeting, an event that brings together prominent business leaders and their families from more than 20 Latin American countries.

President Nayib Bukele and the First Lady, Gabriela de Bukele, welcomed the participants, highlighting the importance of strengthening intergenerational ties in business and promoting innovation in the region.
During the meeting, which takes place in El Salvador, established entrepreneurs and new generations exchange experiences, strategies, and visions to face the current economic challenges. The choice of El Salvador as host reflects international recognition of the country’s progress in security, infrastructure and business climate, key factors that have transformed its image in the global business community, according to the organizers.

President Bukele thanked figures such as Mexican magnate Carlos Slim and other leaders for trusting the country for this event. “This achievement is the result of years of work in security, investment in infrastructure and policies that facilitate entrepreneurship”, he said. He also said that El Salvador is ready to consolidate itself as a strategic destination for investment and major international events.
The meeting not only addresses economic issues, but also seeks to promote the transfer of knowledge between generations, integrating youth perspectives with the experience of established leaders. This dynamic, according to participants, is vital for adapting to changing markets and taking advantage of opportunities in sectors such as technology, tourism, and sustainable energy.

Holding this event in El Salvador marks a milestone in the country’s projection as a regional benchmark in business stability and development. With an agenda focused on innovation and collaboration, the Parents and Children 2025 Business Meeting reinforces the image of a transformed nation, open to global dialogue and committed to inclusive economic growth.
