With a view to encouraging more international companies and investors to launch their projects in our country, the Embassy of El Salvador in Mexico held a forum to share our business opportunities and potential in various productive sectors.

This event, which took place in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, brought together around twenty interested parties in key sectors that are experiencing significant growth and where El Salvador has a significant position, such as auto parts, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and plastic products.

“Our country offers undeniable logistical advantages: geostrategic location, connectivity, favorable legal frameworks, and trade agreements with more than 40 countries”, emphasized Delmy Cañas, the diplomatic representative in that country.

Likewise, he emphasized that El Salvador “maintains a secure, competitive, and profitable platform for the flow of capital; this is complemented by a first-class productive and industrial infrastructure, which further strengthens our value proposition for international investors”.

To delve deeper into these advantages and opportunities, specialists from the Agencia de Inversiones y Exportaciones de El Salvador (INVEST) participated, providing detailed information and answering specific questions.

During the activity, participants highlighted the progress our nation has made in various areas, with an emphasis on security, points that inspire confidence and fuel their optimism about arriving and undertaking business in our territory.

This forum was held with the support of the Consejo Empresarial Mexicano de Comercio Exterior, Inversión y Tecnología (COMCE) and its Northwest branch, as well as the Nuevo León Automotive Cluster. These entities have become allies to promote investment and trade with El Salvador.
