Thanks to an important strategic alliance, the Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica (BCIE), the German government through KfW, and the European Union are supporting the creation of a new Business Development Center in El Salvador. The initiative, which is part of the DINAMICA II program, seeks to strengthen the capacities of entrepreneurs and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the country.
The support was formalized through a Non-Reimbursable Technical Assistance agreement with the Universidad Luterana Salvadoreña (ULS), which will be responsible for designing and operating the center.

This space seeks to become a key point for training, specialized advice, and comprehensive support for business leaders. It is estimated that the creation of this center will benefit more than 125 entrepreneurs and MSMEs.
The program will focus on the areas of San Salvador, Cabañas, and La Paz, where it is expected to have a positive impact on the local business community. The center will offer key advisory services for business growth, including administrative management, innovation, and digital transformation, as well as the creation of strategic networks.
These initiatives seek to promote sustainable entrepreneurship with a long-term vision. The agreement reaffirms the DINAMICA II Initiative’s commitment to the country’s economic development through business formalization and the strengthening of the business ecosystem. The main goal is for entrepreneurs and MSMEs to have better access to financial services and the tools necessary for growth.
