Crecer, a company specializing in savings and investment solutions, presented the performance results of its voluntary savings funds (APV) as of may 2026. At that time, the institution had surpassed US$32 million in assets under management and consolidated a client base of over 4,000. These instruments have positioned themselves as effective alternatives for growing wealth and fostering an investment culture in the country.
Voluntary savings funds are available to any salvadoran citizen or foreigner who meets the legal requirements for participation. Crecer aims to broaden access to investment opportunities in both local and international markets, allowing individuals to diversify their portfolios according to their financial goals.

In this context, the company shared the performance results of its two investment portfolios. The Fondo APV Crecer Balanceado, geared towards individuals with medium- and long-term goals, posted a return of 10.93% over the 12-month period ending may 31, 2026. This performance is based on a diversification strategy between the local and international markets, with a significant allocation to international equities, which achieved a gross return of 29.8%, driven by global trends such as the development of artificial intelligence in key economies during the aforementioned period.
Meanwhile, the Fondo APV Crecer Renta Fija, aimed at conservative profiles that prioritize stability or seek to build short-term funds, posted an annualized cumulative return of 5.9% since its inception in january 2024, exceeding the market benchmark average of 4.6%. This portfolio maintains high liquidity, with a composition of 57.6% in cash and 42.4% in fixed-income assets.

“At Crecer, we understand that democratizing investment means supporting the financial future of salvadorans. Every solution we design seeks to generate real value and manage risk responsibly. These results reflect our long-term commitment focused on people’s well-being”, said Marcelo Guerra, Investment director at Crecer.
