A. M. For 26 years, the Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones AFP CONFIA has worked with the values of commitment and integrity. To date, it has responsibly managed the savings of more than 1.8 million salvadorans, who have trusted this institution to build the assets that will finance their retirements.
AFP CONFIA continues to evolve to provide great experiences to its pensioners. Through its VIVE CONFIA program, the Pension Fund Administrator gave the New Technologies Workshop, in which more than one hundred pensioners learned about basic tools to facilitate their daily lives.

Through our VIVE CONFIA program, we continue to promote initiatives that improve the quality of life of our pensioners, providing them with tools that allow them to adapt to new technologies and make the most of this stage of their lives”, said René Hernández, Communications and Marketing director of AFP CONFIA.
VIVE CONFIA
AFP CONFIA promotes an exclusive program for pensioners, designed to provide them with new experiences. Through a variety of workshops and activities, the program promotes healthy recreation, continuous learning, and integral wellbeing.
During 2024, AFP CONFIA, through VIVE CONFIA, carried out several initiatives, including:
Two tours of the Historic Center, in which more than 100 pensioners participated.
Two virtual workshops, focused on cooking and pet care, with the participation of more than 900 online attendees.
An in-person workshop on new technologies, attended by more than 100 people.
With initiatives such as these, CONFIA demonstrates its commitment to open spaces for its pensioners to add learning in their retirement stage, but also to spend time in activities they enjoy.
In this New Technologies Workshop, the attendees learned about basic cell phone tools, voice assistant and visual search assistant, use of applications, artificial intelligence and safe navigation and platforms for virtual seminars.
With these actions, AFP CONFIA reaffirms its commitment to continue accompanying pensioners in this new stage of their lives.
The VIVE CONFIA program was born 5 years ago, under the commitment that AFP CONFIA has with its pensioners. Through this initiative, free spaces for coexistence, training and entertainment are established, under the philosophy that the retirement stage is the best time to enjoy life.
