The San Benito 53 project, located in the Zona Rosa and currently in its final phase of construction, represents an investment of US$6.5 million and the creation of 200 direct and indirect jobs, according to information provided by COAMSS-OPAMSS executive director Luis Rodríguez.
Rodríguez noted that the project is part of the process of transforming the urban landscape of the San Salvador Metropolitan Area, with the development of new high-rise and mixed-use projects in the Zona Rosa and its surroundings.
The US$6.5 million investment translates into the addition of a new development to this area of the capital, in a process that, according to the official, seeks to establish a new architectural identity for the city. The project adds to the construction activity accompanying the urban transformation of the area.

In addition to the capital allocated for the San Benito 53 project, the initiative is expected to generate 200 direct and indirect jobs, extending the economic impact of the project beyond its physical infrastructure.
Rodríguez emphasized that these types of developments take place in an environment that combines economic growth, safety, tourism, and investment, factors that have contributed to the changing profile of the Zona Rosa and its surrounding areas.

The project is currently in its final phase of construction, meaning that the US$6.5 million investment is about to materialize as new infrastructure within one of the areas undergoing a transformation toward a model of vertical and mixed-use urban development.
Thus, San Benito 53 represents a US$6.5 million investment that generates economic activity and jobs, while also contributing to the renewal of the urban environment in the San Salvador Metropolitan Area.
