The teams Real Jogo Bonito and Halcones F.C. from the youth category of El Salvador won the final of the SUPER LIGA CLARO INTERNACIONAL, held in Guatemala. After competing in a day full of adrenaline and excitement, our representatives demonstrated their talent and perseverance, winning against the most outstanding teams from Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
The competition took place in a vibrant atmosphere from december 6 to 8, where the salvadoran athletes not only successfully faced each sporting challenge, but also had the opportunity to share unique experiences with other young athletes from the region. During their stay in Guatemala, the players participated in integration activities that fostered coexistence, respect and a spirit of camaraderie among Central American athletes.
“Our champion teams not only demonstrated exemplary performance on the court, but also had an enriching experience of living and learning alongside other young talents in the region. This competition is more than a tournament; it is a platform for strengthening ties and promoting values such as respect and unity. That is why this project has become our biggest CSR project, and we hope that every year it will be loaded with new elements that will always make a difference”, said Alvaro Chutin, Marketing Manager of Claro El Salvador.
Throughout the SUPER LIGA CLARO INTERNACIONAL, each match was an opportunity for El Salvador’s teams to show their ability and commitment. With an outstanding performance in the final, they earned the recognition of the audience and their rivals, who valued their effort and skill.
During the day the salvadoran teams also won:
- Second Place in the U12 female category.
- Least beaten goalkeeper U17 female
- Least beaten goalkeeper U17 male
- U17 male goal scorer
The CLARO INTERNATIONAL SUPER LEAGUE continues to be an engine for the development of sports in Central America, creating a space where youth talent can flourish and building friendships that go beyond borders.
