Inversiones Bolívar celebrates 65 years of history as a key player in the urban, commercial and social development of El Salvador. Since its founding, the company has been guided by a clear vision: to create spaces that transform lives, connect communities, and generate value in each territory it impacts. Today, that history is summarized in a phrase that encapsulates its essence: “Where it all begins”.
For more than six decades, Inversiones Bolívar has led emblematic projects that have accompanied the growth of thousands of salvadorans. From pioneering housing complexes such as Santa Rosa, to modern vertical developments such as Avitat, the company has been able to evolve with the needs of the people, always keeping the human being at the center of every decision.

Its current portfolio includes housing projects such as Casa 525 Avenida La Capilla, the first luxury tower in San Salvador; Casa 159, which incorporated seismic isolation technology; the Avitat vertical series, with units from one bedroom up; and Avitat Lift, the first of the series to have Haus qualification. Also noteworthy is the Santa Rosa Urban Complex, located in the northwest area of Santa Tecla, promoting the economic and social development of the area. A new project will soon be announced in San Benito, under the Casa 725 line.
In the commercial area, Bolívar has consolidated spaces such as Plaza Merliot, which this year celebrates 31 years as a reference in Santa Tecla, with more than 200 stores and a constantly renewed offer; Plaza Comercial Pasares, in Opico, a practical and accessible center that responds to the pace of life of an expanding area; and Craft Basilea, in San Benito, where gastronomy, nightlife and authenticity converge in a unique environment. In addition, Kinetika, a modern business center that represents the future of business connections in the country.

“Turning 65 fills us with pride, but also with responsibility. Because building communities involves much more than developing spaces; it is about generating a real impact on people’s lives. That is why we continue to move forward with the same commitment with which we started: to be that place where everything begins”, Héctor Delgado, commercial director of Inversiones Bolívar.
The celebration of this anniversary is also a look into the future. Over the next five years, the company plans new housing developments -with apartment towers in San Benito, Santa Elena, and Soyapango, as well as horizontal housing in Opico- and an estimated total investment of US$600 million between housing and commercial projects.
For the Inversiones Bolivar team, these 65 years not only represent a consolidated legacy, but also an invitation to continue transforming El Salvador with new projects and new brands.
