The Corporación de Exportadores de El Salvador (COEXPORT) launched the Operador Confiable 360Program, a strategic tool to strengthen security and facilitate foreign trade. This certification not only validates regulatory compliance with the Corporación de Exportadores de El Salvador (COEXPORT) but also positions companies as reliable actors within the international logistics chain.
As of january 2026, 28 companies in El Salvador have obtained Operador Confiable 360 Certification. Of these, 16 have received technical and training support from COEXPORT during their preparation and certification process. Additionally, 9 more companies are in the process of submitting their applications, reflecting the growing interest of the private sector in adopting standards that strengthen security and facilitate trade.

During the event, COEXPORT unveiled its comprehensive support program for interested companies, which includes an initial assessment, a personalized roadmap, specialized technical consulting, training for key personnel, and assistance in preparing the documentation required to meet the evaluation criteria.
According to Silvia Cuéllar, President of COEXPORT, “the Operador Confiable 360 Program represents a strategic commitment to raising compliance and security standards in the export sector. Our commitment is to support more companies in this process and actively contribute to achieving the national goal of 100 certified companies, strengthening competitiveness and confidence in salvadoran foreign trade”.
The director general of Customs, Benjamín Mayorga, also participated in the event, encouraging companies to prepare for the Operador Confiable 360 Certification and strengthen their compliance culture. During his presentation, he highlighted the origin and legal framework of this certification, its benefits from a customs perspective—such as differentiated risk management and streamlined processes—and the main requirements established by the DGA to obtain it.

The program presents a strategic approach that allows companies to understand, in a practical way, how certification positively impacts the efficiency of logistics processes, risk reduction, cost optimization, strengthened internal controls, and the professionalization of human resources.
Interested companies can learn about the entry requirements and conditions of the Operador Confiable 360 Program through COEXPORT, thus reaffirming the association’s commitment to the sustainable development and competitiveness of the salvadoran export sector.
