The Fundación Rafael Meza Ayau (FRMA), in partnership with AGRISAL and its Plaza Mundo brand, held the third edition of the Usulután Job Fair, an initiative aimed at promoting employment opportunities and strengthening economic development in the eastern region of the country.
The event, held at Plaza Mundo Usulután, was geared towards people actively seeking employment and brought together more than 14 companies from various productive sectors in the region. With more than 130 vacancies available, the fair offered participants a valuable opportunity to access the job market and establish direct contact with potential employers.
The initiative is part of the Proyecto Alto Impacto Usulután launched by FRMA in 2023 to promote the economic and social development of the municipality through collaboration with the business and community sectors. As a precedent, last year’s edition, held at Plaza Mundo Usulután, brought together various companies from the region and offered more than 100 job opportunities, facilitating direct connections between employers and job seekers.

“Through these spaces, we seek to provide concrete opportunities for families and contribute to the economic strengthening of the region through strategic alliances”, said Karen Massana, Project and Social Development Manager of the Fundación Rafael Meza Ayau.
The third “UsuEmpleo” job fair reaffirmed the commitment of FRMA, AGRISAL, and its Plaza Mundo brand to continue promoting initiatives that foster employability, inclusion, and sustainable development in eastern.
