Global trade underwent substantial changes as of march 2020, after the Covid-19 pandemic was declared. Trade exchanges altered their dynamics during most of the previous year, so that, at the end of the confinement periods, there was a phenomenon of over-demand of goods, especially those coming from the Asian continent, multiplying the costs of cargo transportation and logistic services.
