The TSE reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and institutional ethics by promoting its Anti-Bribery Management System, implemented under the ISO 37001 International Standard, a certification that establishes standards for preventing, detecting, and responding to potential acts of bribery within organizations.
The institution emphasized that this system aims to ensure that every decision is made with integrity, strengthening public trust and fostering responsible public administration. As part of this commitment, the TSE reminded the public that anyone can report risks or indications of bribery completely anonymously.
To facilitate reporting, the agency has enabled three official channels. The first is through the website tse.gob.sv/denuncia, where users can complete the process by following the instructions. Reports can also be submitted via email to denuncias@tse.gob.sv. In addition, those who prefer to file in person can visit the Compliance Office, located at the Centro Corporativo 87, 1.ª calle poniente and 87 avenida norte, colonia Escalón, San Salvador.
The TSE emphasized that the confidentiality of complaints is a fundamental element of the system, as it seeks to provide security to those who report potential irregularities and promote a culture of corruption prevention.
Finally, the institution called on citizens and its staff to use these reporting mechanisms when they become aware of possible acts of bribery, noting that public participation contributes to strengthening a more ethical, transparent, and responsible public administration.
